Remove the rubber buffer from the head attachment.
Degrease it with some soapy solution under running warm water.
Dry it thoroughly.

The rubber material used may, in rare cases, cause reactions in sensitive skin. If skin irritation occurs, direct skin contact should be avoided or the application should be adjusted.
