Terms and Conditions

  1. SUBJECT MATTER

Innosolution GmbH develops and manufactures high-quality mechanical vibration and impulse devices for applications in the wellness, relaxation, and training environment. The products are offered and distributed in the e-shop “shop.prolaxsys.com” under the protected proprietary brand PROLAXsys®.

  1. PAYMENT TERMS / ADVANCE PAYMENT / IN-STORE SALES

If the goods are purchased on site in Siebnen, payment is made in cash, as this constitutes an in-store sale. In the case of shipping, the goods must be paid for in advance, which is referred to as advance payment. In both cases, we additionally offer the option of cashless payment using various credit cards, including Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and Union Pay. A credit card terminal is available in the store to process payments directly on site. Alternatively, upon request, we can also provide a payment link by email that enables online payment.

Any bank or credit card fees shall be borne by the buyer and may be invoiced subsequently if required.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING

The execution of the order takes place after receipt of the advance payment. Please note that the advance payment must be made within 7 days to ensure processing of the order. We would like to point out that no steps toward order fulfillment will be undertaken prior to receipt of the advance payment. If the advance payment is not received within the specified period, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further obligations.

  1. VALUE ADDED TAX AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

All prices for our products are stated exclusive of statutory value added tax. Consequently, the final purchase price will be higher.

For shipping or sales within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, Swiss value added tax of 8.1% will be added to the purchase and shipping price. This will be shown on the invoice.

In the case of international shipping, country-specific taxes and duties may apply. These must be paid by the recipient directly to the relevant authorities or the delivery service prior to delivery of the goods. In addition, fees for the preparation of customs documents and for customs clearance may be charged. These additional costs are not shown on our invoice and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  1. SHIPPING, TRANSPORT INSURANCE AND PROCEDURE IN THE EVENT OF TRANSPORT DAMAGE

Worldwide shipping is carried out exclusively via Swiss Post Priority. For express deliveries, we work with Swiss Post Urgent. Shipping costs depend on weight, destination country, delivery time, and packaging. The goods are insured against transport damage and loss.

In the event of visible transport damage, this must be reported within three working days. The damage must be documented. Please provide us with photos of the external packaging and the damaged contents.

  1. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method (priority or express shipment) as well as the duration of customs clearance in the country of import. Normally, shipment from the factory begins several weeks after receipt of the advance payment.

  1. WARRANTY AND RETURN IN THE EVENT OF A WARRANTY CLAIM

For commercial use, the warranty period is 1 year, and for private use it is 2 years. The postmark serves as proof in the event of a warranty claim.

The right to warranty coverage expires prematurely in the event of self-repair or damage resulting from improper handling. In the event of warranty processing, the customer shall bear the incurred shipping costs.

Before returning any goods, it is necessary to contact our customer service to receive further instructions.

Returns are made at the customer’s cost and risk. Please ensure that the products are securely and appropriately packaged to avoid damage during return transport.

  1. DISCLAIMER REGARDING MEDICAL USE OF OUR MASSAGE DEVICES

We expressly point out that our products are not medical devices and do not serve any medical purpose. They are not intended for use in medical facilities, rehabilitation centers, care institutions, medical practices, or hospitals. The products were developed for mechanical applications in the wellness, relaxation, and private use environment.

Our devices are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases. Statements on our website or in marketing materials referring to possible effects serve exclusively for general information purposes and do not constitute a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

Persons with health impairments or existing medical conditions are advised to clarify use independently and on an individual basis. Decisions regarding the use of the devices lie exclusively with the user.

Our products are designed for non-medical applications. Liability for damage, injuries, or other negative consequences arising from improper or unintended use is excluded.

By using our devices, you agree to these terms of use and confirm that our products may not be used for medical purposes.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OR EXCHANGE FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

There is no right of withdrawal or exchange for either private individuals or commercial customers.

  1. REFUND

Subject to the fundamental exception rule, the buyer has no right of return or withdrawal. Nevertheless, it is possible to request a refund, in which case the purchase price will be refunded. Shipping costs, bank fees, and other charges are excluded from such refunds. To request a refund, the customer must submit a written request stating the reasons for the inquiry. The provider will carefully review the request and decide on whether to grant the refund. Please note that processing refund requests may take some time due to the thorough review involved.

  1. PLACE OF JURISDICTION

This contractual relationship is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Innosolution.
