1. Remove the rubber buffer from the head attachment.
2. Degrease it with some soapy solution under running warm water.
3. Dry it thoroughly and disinfect it with alcohol.
4. Then, put it back on.

The choice between round, rectangular and fork massage attachments depends on the preferred working method and the specific application context.

Rectangular attachments allow for more precise pressure guidance. Their shape makes them suitable for focused work on clearly defined areas, for example when controlled, localized pressure application is required.

Fork attachments offer versatile use and support work along elongated structures. They enable differentiated pressure distribution and are particularly useful where parallel guidance is beneficial.

Regardless of the selected attachment, a polished metal surface is recommended when using glide agents. It ensures smooth movement, simplifies cleaning and supports a controlled, comfortable application.

Choosing the appropriate massage attachment contributes significantly to efficient, precise and comfortable handling and allows the device’s characteristics to be used to their full potential.

Warranty and Returns in the Event of a Warranty Claim

For commercial use, a warranty period of 1 year applies; for private use, the warranty period is 2 years.
Hygiene-related items such as rubber buffers are excluded from the warranty.

The postmark serves as proof of timely return in the event of a warranty claim. The warranty becomes void in cases of unauthorized repair attempts or damage resulting from improper handling.

In the event of a warranty claim, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred. Prior contact with our customer service team is required before returning any product in order to receive further instructions.

Returns are made at the customer’s expense and risk. Please ensure that the products are securely and appropriately packaged to prevent damage during return shipment.
