The PA-NAXOS 2 is available exclusively in the coiled handgrip version, providing a proven and stable grip design.
The scope of delivery includes two freely selectable massage attachments, which can be individually combined. The PA-NAXOS 2 is supplied in a sturdy transport case for safe storage and easy transport.
Optional accessories can be selected below, including additional massage attachments, rubber buffers, an extension cable, a rechargeable battery, and a belt with device holder.

Warranty and Returns in the Event of a Warranty Claim
For commercial use, a warranty period of 1 year applies; for private use, the warranty period is 2 years.
Hygiene-related items such as rubber buffers are excluded from the warranty.
The postmark serves as proof of timely return in the event of a warranty claim. The warranty becomes void in cases of unauthorized repair attempts or damage resulting from improper handling.
In the event of a warranty claim, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred. Prior contact with our customer service team is required before returning any product in order to receive further instructions.
Returns are made at the customer’s expense and risk. Please ensure that the products are securely and appropriately packaged to prevent damage during return shipment.
